Cold-climate air-source heat pump installation and maintenance across the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine. We’re obsessed with helping your HVAC system reach its full potential.
Seacoast Heat Pumps is a small, owner-operated HVAC company run by Kyle Stanley out of Dover, NH, serving homeowners across the Seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine. We’ve helped a lot of homeowners make the switch to high-efficiency, cold climate air-source heat pumps as their primary heating and cooling — and we’re just getting started.
We’re not a call center dispatching whoever’s free. When you call Seacoast Heat Pumps, you’re talking to the person who’ll actually be at your house, sizing the system, and standing behind the work.
Every project is designed, installed, and maintained by our own crew — no subcontractors, no shortcuts. Here’s the full scope of work we offer.

EXPLORE INSTALLATIONS02 — INSTALLATIONS
Mini splits are ideal for additions, garage apartments, finished basements, sunrooms, and older homes where ductwork was never an option.
EXPLORE INSTALLATIONS03 — GENERAL DESIGN
Proper sizing makes or breaks a heat pump. We run heat-load calculations and lay out custom ductwork so every room actually hits its setpoint.
HOW WE DESIGN04 — AIR QUALITY
Tight modern homes need fresh air. ERVs and HRVs bring it in without losing the heat you’ve paid for.
INDOOR AIR QUALITYWe believe heat pumps pair beautifully with solar power and give people the ability to have emission-free heating and the most energy-efficient cooling.
A clear four-step path from inquiry to a system that just works — with you in the loop the whole way.
We walk your home, talk about your heating bills and comfort issues, and figure out what’s actually going on.
A proper Manual-J load calculation per room. No back-of-napkin sizing — that’s how systems short-cycle and bills creep up.
Clean, careful install. Owner on site. Permits pulled, refrigerant lines brazed properly, condensate routed correctly.
We measure, balance, and walk you through how to live with it. You’ll know exactly what to expect through every season.
The day I called to inquire about an installation, Kyle showed up within hours! (Other HVACs had weeks long waiting lists for preliminary review.) In less than 10 days my unit was installed. Kyle and Jeff were polite and did a great job. I feel like I made two new friends during the process. It could not have been any easier. I’m looking forward to a warm winter and central A/C next summer.
A local architect recommended Seacoast Heat Pumps to plan out heat pump needs for our 30 year old house. Kyle came within days and presented several solutions to cool and heat our open concept layout. Within three weeks the two heat pumps were installed and functioning, as designed. Kyle was not only professional and responsive, but also approached the project with care to incorporate the interior & exterior units with the overall design and aesthetics of our house. I highly recommend Seacoast Heat Pumps!
Kyle is a great guy, extremely knowledgeable, interested and interesting. He came over on pretty short notice to maintain a mini-split system in a garage apartment I have. Really appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism!
Tell us about your home, your current system, and what’s bugging you. We’ll come out, do a proper walk-through, and put together a clear written proposal — no pressure, no fine print.
